A friend recommended Cindy Neiman to us to help sell our family's vacation home. The circumstances surrounding the listing were more complicated than a traditional one with multiple owners of the property. We asked for her advice and to help list the property once we could all get on the same page. After the decision was made to go forward with the sale nine months later, we reached back out to Cindy and with only a handful of days on the market, we accepted an offer.
Cindy was incredible to work with. Her knowledge and expertise of the market made the listing and selling process as easy as one could hope for. What wasn’t easy was the communication between the two owning parties, but that’s where Cindy came in and really went above and beyond. She was communicating back and forth, seven days a week between the two sellers, the buyers, appraisers, inspectors, and helped organize the removal of the entire home’s furniture (at the buyers request). And all of this right in the middle of the holiday season!

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Cindy Neiman as a real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to come across Cindy by chance as she was selling a home that I was interested in last Spring. We listed our lot in Copperopolis with Cindy Neiman of RE/MAX Gold. There were many lots for sale in this area of Copper Cove, with very little selling. Cindy was always honest with us about the chance of selling, pricing, and time listed. When a buyer finally came along, she worked with us diligently and professionally every step of the way. She returned calls and emails promptly and gave us advice with the financing and buyer/seller terms. What impressed us most of all was that this was a very little sale for her, yet she treated us as if it were a million dollar offer. If we ever buy or sell again in the area, we will definitely use Cindy.

To Whom It May Concern:
With the enthusiastic assistance from realtor, Cindy Neiman, I recently
purchased a home in Angels Camp. As a buyer from out-of-state (Idaho), and not
able to make the trip to CA at the time the house was listed for sale, I relied heavily on assistance from Cindy
. . . and she did not disappoint! Cindy scheduled a showing of the home and,
having contacted me in advance, did a walk-thru of the home with me via
Facetime, which I very much appreciated! Cindy arranged for the Home
Inspection, as well as the Pest Inspection, and went a step further and made
contact with a trusted carpet cleaner to come in prior to my arrival
to have the carpets cleaned! And, although it did not work
out in the long run, she also contacted a trusted contractor to obtain a bid for
“fixes” needed that were called in the home inspection report.
Whether one is a local or an out-of-area client, I would highly recommend
realtor, Cindy Neiman, with RE/MAX Gold in Copperopolis, for your real
estate purchases and/or sale. Her communication skills are top notch,
staying in constant contact throughout the purchase and escrow process,
and offering further assistance/referrals, if needed, even after close of
